What is a free-Meet-N-Greet Meeting?
The free Meet-N-Greet meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other. We introduce ourselves and meet you and your pet. We spend some time with you and your pet and review and confirm pertinent information about your pet care routine.
How does a possible new client go about getting started?
You can fill out a Meet-N-Greet form on our website, www.shebbyspets.com. You are also welcome to call or email our office to set up a free Meet-N-Greet. The office number is 781-201-9311 and our email is shebbyspets@gmail.com
How do I schedule services?
After becoming a new client of Shebbys Pets, you can register and schedule services at www.shebbyspets.com
Do you board dogs or cats or bring them into your home?
No. We don’t board dogs or cats or bring them into our homes.
Do you administer medication?
Due to the stress on your dog or cat, we recommend you administer all medications to your pet. However, when that is not possible and your pet needs medication, we will attempt to administer medicine orally or by ear.
How do we handle keys?
We have options for key exchange. The client makes two copies of keys that will be locked securely in Shebbys Pet’s office for use when visiting. The client can also purchase a lock box. It makes it easy and super safe! The client attaches a lock box on a doorknob or location of their choosing and enters a code of their choosing. When their dog walker or pet sitter arrives, they punch in the code and remove the key to unlock the door. They keep the key with them for the duration of their visit and return the key to the lockbox making sure it is secured when the visit is complete. Lockboxes can be purchased on Amazon.
How do you accept payments?
We accept payments by Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, check.
What is the cancelation policy?
Dog Walking
When canceling on the same day of a scheduled visit, the regular visit fee is charged.
Pet Sitting
A 24 -hour cancellation notice is required before the full charge for scheduled visits is incurred.
Returning early from your trip is non-refundable.
Are there extra costs for services on holidays?
There is a $10 holiday charge applied for the following dates:
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day
