What are your office hours?

Shebby’s Pets office hours are 8:00-6:00 pm.
Please feel free to leave a message after 6:00 pm. Your call will be returned the next day.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. We are bonded and insured with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

When can I schedule a walk for my dog?

You can schedule a walk for your dog in one of the following time frames that work best for you.

8:00 am -10:00 am
10:00 am -12:00 pm
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

When can I schedule visits for my cat?

You can schedule visits for your cat in the following time frames that work best for you.

Monday through Friday
7:00am – 9:00am
4:00pm – 6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday
7:00am – 9:00am

What is your cancellation policy?

We are happy to set aside the requested time especially for you and your pet. For dog walking visits, same day cancellation visits are charged.

For cat sitting visits, we require a two-day cancellation notice. Should you need to cancel less than two days prior to your departure, half of the service charge will be applied. Early returns are non-refundable.
