Shebby’s Pet Services office hours are 8:00-5:00 pm.
Please feel free to leave a message after 5:00 pm. Your call will be returned the next day.

We are bonded and insured with Pet Sitter’s Associates.

When can I schedule a walk for my dog?

You can schedule a walk for your dog in one of the following time frames that work best for you.

8:00 am -10:00 am
10:00 am -12:00 pm
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

When can I schedule visits for my cat?
You can schedule visits for your cat in the following time frames that work best for you.

Monday through Friday

7:00am – 9:00am
4:00pm – 6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday

7:00am – 9:00am

What is your payment policy?

Shebby’s Pet Services accepts online payment through Venmo or pay by check.

What is your cancellation policy?
We are happy to set aside the requested time especially for you and your pet. For dog walking visits, we require 24-hours notice for a scheduled visit. Should you need to cancel the same day, the full service charge will be applied.

For cat sitting visits, we require two days cancellation notice for scheduled visits. Should you need to cancel less than two days prior to your departure, half of the service charge will be applied.
